Basler Clothing at Beige
In 1936 the businessman Fritz Basel with his wife Elisabeth, founded the company under the name "Fritz Basler GmbH & Co. KG" in East Berlin. In the beginning their speciality was the manufacture of jackets and coats.
Nowadays, the company is an international brand offering a total look from casual weekend through to glamourous evening ensembles. However the jacket has prevailed, the companies excellence in tailoring is their hallmark and coats and jackets are always at the heart of their collections.

The Basler collection is feminine, timeless and elegant. Ina Karkossa the Head of the Design Team spent ten years perfecting her trade at Miroglio, a well-known Italian fabric company, so she knows a thing or two about colour and print and isn’t afraid to use it.
