We think it’s about time fashion designers woke up to the fact that women have different shapes, and that not all of us can fit in clothing under a size 12.

We plus size girls all groan when we are invited to some special event. What are we going to wear? Where are you going? your best friends wedding? Your parents golden wedding anniversary? Or it’s your daughter’s wedding?
I recently did a review of the West Ends ‘plus shopping’ and mentioned then that Selfridges had gotten rid of all its plus size designers (there was at one time a good plus department in Selfridges) and grudgingly kept only Marina Rinaldi.
